Dewitt M. Lovelace
Dewitt M. (“Sparky”) Lovelace is a graduate of the University of Mississippi, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1969 and a Juris Doctor degree in 1973. He is a member of the Mississippi and the Florida Bar Associations, the American Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Mississippi Society of CPAs. His primary areas of practice are class action litigation, mass torts action, personal injury and pharmaceutical products. He is admitted to practice law in the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
Alex Peet
Alex Peet received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2000, and obtained a law degree from Tulane University Law School in 2006. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice law in the Northern District of Florida and the District of Colorado. Since joining the Lovelace Law Firm, Alex has practiced in the areas of insurance litigation, consumer class action, criminal law and real estate.
